An Independent Freight Dispatcher is someone who is responsible (contractually) for finding and booking loads/cargo/freight for Truck Drivers/Carriers/Owner Operators.
Our job is to talk to and negotiate good rates with the Brokers, who posted their loads on what is called a “Load Board”. Our job also is to get your Truck Driver/Carrier/Owner Operator“Setup” or “Onboarded” or “Approved” to work with the Broker with whom you just called from the posting of a load on the load board. There are additional steps and processes involved, but this is essentially a high-level overview of things.

Dispatch authorization form filled and signed. In this form you authorize CY Global Connects Dispatch Service to accept freight loads for you, fill out broker’s set up packets for you and sign Load confirmations and contact your insurance company for every load. It is like a power of attorney where you authorize to book loads for you in your name and you don’t have to fill out any paper work.
- Credit Application/Notice of Assignment for Factoring.
This is a form where you agree to do business with CY Global Connects (It means that we didn’t take your MC# and just starting taking loads on your name). This is NOT A CONTRACT.
- MC Authority Letter
A filled and signed credit/debit card authorization form. Where you authorized CY Global Connects Dispatching Services to charge you for services rendered.
We only accept freight loads from reputable freight brokers that we know pay correctly. At CY Global Connects we get freight loads from 11 different load boards along with our list of qualified and verified state and local government entities. We have numerous freight Brokers that steadily call us offering us their freight loads to our truck base. They’ve realized that by proposing their freight loads to our Owner Operators base they receive professional service and more importantly they avoid putting their loads on load boards and wait for an unknown carrier to call them.
No. We will fill out all packets for you. When you set up service with us you will provide us with your MC#, copy of insurance, complete W-9 and a dispatch authorization form that will give Cy Global Connects the authorization to file any freight broker’s set up packet for you and accept any freight load you agree to take on your name.
Of course, you may not be interested in every freight load that our truck dispatchers find for you, and if there is a freight load that does not match your necessities, just say no to us, plain and simple. Your truck dispatch will keep on looking for a freight load that suits you, until he/she finds you one that you like.
If you chose our Full Service Package (10% of the load) CY Global Connects Dispatching Services takes care of invoicing the brokers and follow your payment status until you receive it straight in your bank account. All freight brokers or freight shippers will pay you directly, how fast you get paid depends on them.
No. There are no contracts to fill out with CY Global Connects Dispatching Services; we only need the seven items mentioned above in order to begin working. However, we do require all owner operators to complete an agreement which grants us permission to book loads on your behalf. You can cancel our services any time just email us and tell us that you don’t want to use our service anymore and we will erase all your information from our database.
Yes we cover all 48 states, you can call our independent truck dispatchers for a load from anywhere. It doesn’t matter which state you are in.
We know that you may not like every load that we offer you, and if there is a load that does not meet your needs, then we will continue to search for a load that is acceptable to you.
We only do business with brokers who have a good reputation and we know that they will pay you. We look at different load boards and our in house vendor list to help us get the best rates for you.
